Hubbard’s Marina, a family-owned business based in Madeira Beach, has been named the No. 1 fishing charter in the country for the fourth consecutive year by USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. Founded in 1928, the marina has gained national recognition for its exceptional fishing trips and boat tours. This latest honor continues a winning streak that began in 2022 when Hubbard’s Marina was ranked among the top boat tours in the U.S.
The business, which stands out in a highly competitive field, earned praise for its consistent dedication to providing world-class experiences for both fishing enthusiasts and casual guests alike. Captain Dylan Hubbard, president of the marina and the fourth generation to manage the family business, expressed gratitude for the recognition. “We are humbled that our family’s dedication to fishing, the fishing community, and our guests is being recognized again,” Hubbard said. “We always strive to provide a world-class experience, and this award validates our hard work.”
In addition to the national accolade, Hubbard’s Marina also won the “Best Boat Experience” award in both 2024 and 2025 from Visit St. Pete/Clearwater. The marina offers a range of excursions, including party boat fishing trips ranging from 5 to 44 hours, private charters, dolphin-watching cruises, sunset tours, and ferry services to Egmont Key and Shell Key.
